If you plan to use Udine outdoors, make sure the ground is level and not too damp to prevent unwanted wobbling or sinking. Since the stand can be easily moved, you can relax and switch between sunny and shaded corners in your outdoor area.

How much space do I need for the Udine Hammock Chair?

The Udine outdoor hammock chair requires a floor area of approximately 110 cm x 110 cm and a vertical height of 163 cm. Also, ensure you have a minimum clearance of 75 cm from the surroundings.

How do I care for my hammock chair and stand?

We recommend disassembling the hammock chair and stand and storing them in a dry room when you don’t plan on using them for a long time. Otherwise, put a protective cover over your hammock chair and stand to shield them from the sun or outdoor elements. Treat the wooden parts of the hammock stand with outdoor hard wax oil every time you reassemble and before connecting them to the spring.

LA SIESTA hammock chairs are machine washable. Tie the suspension cords together to prevent them from tangling, set it for a gentle cycle at 30 degrees Celsius, and air dry after.

Warranty:

All LA SIESTA products are subject to the standard 12-month  factory guarantee period. If your complaint is justified, we are happy to help. We will repair it, replace it, or give you a new replacement part, whatever is necessary. Just make sure you still have the original invoice as proof of purchase.

Please note that the warranty is not valid for wear and tear or fading due to incorrect maintenance and extensive outdoor use, such as products left permanently exposed to the sun. Outdoor products must still be covered and protected from the blazing Middle East sun when not in use

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates and the GCC region — including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait.

• Free shipping on all non-discounted orders of AED 200 or more.

• For orders below AED 200, a flat fee of AED 20 applies.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. When your items are ready to ship, a second email will be sent with dispatch details.

Returns & Exchanges

Once an order is placed, our team gets to work right away to process and prepare it, so unfortunately, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

In case you change your mind, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of purchase. Customers can exchange items or receive a credit note (Credit notes are valid for 6 months) for the original item's value.

Items need to be returned to our warehouse and can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in original packaging. 

Please note: Sale and custom orders cannot be returned.

International returns:

For international orders, only the product value will be refunded, and the customer must bear the cost of returning the item.
