Shipping policy

UAE Shipping:

We offer FREE shipping within the UAE for all non-discounted items on orders of AED 200 or more.

For orders below AED 200, a flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies.

Delivery Timelines:

• Dubai: Within 48 hours

• Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah): Within 3 - 4 working days

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. When your items are ready to ship, a second email will be sent with dispatch details.

Returns & Exchanges

In case you change your mind, you can return or exchange your items within 7 working days of purchase. Customers can exchange items or receive a credit note (Credit notes are valid for 6 months) for the original item's value. Returns will be made via the original payment method and can take 5-7 working days to process.

Items need to be returned to our warehouse and can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in original packaging. 

Please note: Sale and custom orders cannot be returned.

How to return your item (Non-discount items only): 
Email us at: orders@DesertRiver.com with your order number to confirm you wish to return an order/item. Items must be returned in original packaging and unused.
