Free shipping on all non-discounted orders of AED 200 or more.

For orders below AED 200, a flat fee of AED 20 applies.

Returns & Exchanges
Once an order is placed, our team gets to work right away to process and prepare it, so unfortunately, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
In case you change your mind, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of purchase. Customers can exchange items or receive a credit note (Credit notes are valid for 6 months) for the original item's value.
Items need to be returned to our warehouse and can only be returned or exchanged if they areΒ unused and in original packaging.Β
Please note: Sale and custom orders cannot be returned.
International returns:
For international orders, only the product value will be refunded, and the customer must bear the cost of returning the item. Β
How to return your itemΒ (Non-discount items only):
Email us at: orders@DesertRiver.com with your order number to confirm you wish to return an order/item. Items must be returned in original packaging and unused.Β
