Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the weight of your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from the shipping fees charged by fatboy.ae

Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Cancellations and refunds are not possible once an order has been confirmed.
Items may be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for an exchange or credit note, the item being returned must be received at our warehouse within 7 days of delivery, unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Please note that Sale Clearance, Showroom Display, and Pre-Order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
For orders shipped outside the UAE, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only the value of the returned product will be credited or refunded where applicable. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
