About glass:

Note that glass, whether hand-blown or machine-produced, may contain small air bubbles. These are small bubbles that can get trapped inside of the heated glass during the process, and they remain in the finished piece. We look at this as an aesthetic feature of glass, and not an imperfection or irregularity. Similarly, the placement of the shells onto the Mosaic light is done by hand and as such will have certain irregularities because they are not machine made. This again, we feel is part of the charm of the object.

Pairing Your Lamp with the Remote

  • Turn on the lamp: Press the button at the base.
  • Pair the remote: Press and hold the power on button on the remote until the lamp starts blinking.
  • Test the connection: Try changing the light color with the remote. If the lamp responds, it's paired!

  •         Free delivery on all non-discounted orders of AED 200 or more.

We deliver to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait within 7–10 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Cancellations and refunds are not possible once an order has been confirmed.

Items may be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for an exchange or credit note, the item being returned must be received at our warehouse within 7 days of delivery, unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

 Please note that Sale Clearance, Showroom Display, and Pre-Order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Returns

For orders shipped outside the UAE, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only the value of the returned product will be credited or refunded where applicable. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.

Products that have been tampered with, misused, or altered are not eligible for an exchange or credit note.
