The Fermob Balad lamps are available in three sizes to suit all portable lighting needs, whether indoors or outdoors. The 38 cm tall Balad table lamp is the largest in the collection. With a powder-coated aluminium handle, these Fermob lamps are easy to carry, put on any flat surface, or hang. 

To match different personalities and aesthetics, you can opt for Fermob Balad table lamps in different colours and switch through three light settings by pushing the button at the base of the handle. You can also convert it into a floor lamp when used together with the Fermob Balad Offset Stand.

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates and the GCC region — including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait.

UAE Shipping

• Free shipping on all non-discounted orders of AED 200 or more.

• For orders below AED 200, a flat fee of AED 20 applies.

Delivery Timelines:

• Dubai: Within 48 hours

• Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah): Within 3–4 working days

GCC Shipping

• Delivery to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait within 7–10 working days.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. When your items are ready to ship, a second email will be sent with dispatch details.

Returns & Exchanges

Once an order is placed, our team gets to work right away to process and prepare it, so unfortunately, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

In case you change your mind, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of purchase. Customers can exchange items or receive a credit note (Credit notes are valid for 6 months) for the original item's value.

Items need to be returned to our warehouse and can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in original packaging. 

Please note: Sale and custom orders cannot be returned.

International returns:

For international orders, only the product value will be refunded, and the customer must bear the cost of returning the item.  

How to return your item (Non-discount items only):

Email us at: orders@DesertRiver.com with your order number to confirm you wish to return an order/item. Items must be returned in original packaging and unused.
