Warranty

All Fatboy products are subject to the standard Fatboy factory guarantee period of 24 months. If your complaint is justified, we are happy to help you. We will repair it, replace it or give you a new replacement part, whatever is necessary.  Just make sure you still have the original invoice as proof of purchase. 

Please note we cannot replace, repair or reimburse in cases of incorrect maintenance or wear and fading due to intensive outdoor use, such as products being left permanently in the summer sun. Even outdoor products should be covered and protected from the blazing Middle East sun, when not in use.

Shipping Across the GCC

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates and the GCC region — including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait.

UAE Shipping

• Free shipping on all non-discounted orders of AED 200 or more.

• For orders below AED 200, a flat fee of AED 20 applies.
  

Please note: During public holidays, there may be slight delays in delivery beyond the normal promised time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery Timelines:

• Dubai: Within 48 hours

• Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah): Within 3–4 working days

GCC Shipping

• Delivery to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait within 7–10 working days.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. When your items are ready to ship, a second email will be sent with dispatch details.

Returns & Exchanges

Once an order is placed, our team gets to work right away to process and prepare it, so unfortunately, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

In case you change your mind, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of purchase. Customers can exchange items or receive a credit note (Credit notes are valid for 6 months) for the original item's value.

Items need to be returned to our warehouse and can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in original packaging. 

Please note: Sale and custom orders cannot be returned.

International returns:

For international orders, only the product value will be refunded, and the customer must bear the cost of returning the item.  

How to return your item (Non-discount items only):

Email us at: orders@DesertRiver.com with your order number to confirm you wish to return an order/item. Items must be returned in original packaging and unused.
