	Where should I install my CasaMount? Before you install your CasaMount, consider which location will offer the best fit for your space. CasaMount can mount your hammock between two walls, between wall and ceiling, or between two different points of the ceiling. Keep in mind two ceiling points will require the most space, while hanging between two walls in the corner is the most space-saving.
	What do I need to know before installing my CasaMount? CasaMount is suitable for use with wooden beams, drywall with studs, and solid masonry (concrete). CasaMount was designed with safety in mind – which is why it is mounted with four (4) screws to provide extra stability. For solid masonry (concrete), the provided screw dowels/anchors need to be used for installation.

All La Siesta hammocks, fabrics and cushions are handmade in South America; the FSC-certified eucalyptus wood frames in PRC. Their lifespan depends greatly on climate, care and use.

To protect the fabrics from the Middle East’s heat, humidity, strong UV exposure and salty air, we recommend storing all fabric components indoors in a dry place when not in use.

La Siesta products are covered by a three-month factory warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover misuse, fading, insufficient maintenance or normal wear and tear.

•         Free delivery on all non-discounted orders of AED 200 or more.

We deliver to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait within 7–10 working days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the weight of your order. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from the shipping fees charged by fatboy.ae

Returns & Exchanges

Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Cancellations and refunds are not possible once an order has been confirmed.

Items may be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for an exchange or credit note, the item being returned must be received at our warehouse within 7 days of delivery, unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Please note that Sale Clearance, Showroom Display, and Pre-Order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Returns

For orders shipped outside the UAE, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only the value of the returned product will be credited or refunded where applicable. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.

Products that have been tampered with, misused, or altered are not eligible for an exchange or credit note.
